چکیده

Grant-Free (GF) access has been recognized as a promising candidate for Ultra-Reliable and Low-Latency Communications (URLLC). However, even with GF access, URLLC still may not effectively gain high reliability millimeter-level latency, simultaneously. This is because the network load typically time-varying known to base station (BS), thus, resource allocated cannot well adapt variations of load, resulting in low utilization efficiency under light leading severe collisions heavy load. To tackle this problem, we propose multi-tier-driven computing framework associated algorithms support users different QoS requirements. Especially, concentrate on $K $ - repetition its simplicity well-balanced performance practical systems. In particular, our consists three tiers computation, namely network-load learning, prediction, adaptive allocation. first tier, BS can learn information from states (success, collision, idle) random-access resources terms blocks (RB) time slots. second variation predicted based estimation results tier. Finally, third by deriving weighing failure probabilities groups users, their requirements, loads, able dynamically allocate sufficient accommodating varying loads. Simulation show that proposed approach estimate more accurately compared baseline schemes. Moreover, assistance allocation offers an effective way enhance services,

Profit-Maximizing Resource Allocation for Multi-tier Cloud Computing Systems under Service Level Agreements

Pervasive use of cloud computing and resulting rise in the number of hosting datacenters (which provide platform or software services to clients who do not have the means to set up and operate their own facilities) have brought forth many challenges including energy cost, peak power dissipation, cooling, carbon emission, etc. With power consumption becoming an increasingly important issue for t...

Resource Allocation for Multi Access MIMO Systems

In this paper, the authors discuss the emergence of new technologies related to the topic of the highspeed packet data access in wireless networks. The authors propose an algorithm for MIMO systems that optimizes the number of the transmit antennas according to the user’s QoS. Scheduling performance under two types of traffic modes is also discussed: one is voice or web-browsing and the other i...

End-to-end Resource Allocation in a Multi Access Network

Broadband Access Networks are composed of a wide variety of access technologies and transport protocols hindering end-to-end Quality of Service (QoS) provisioning. Protocol diversity could be overcome by defining appropriate internetworking protocols, but access technology diversity is more difficult to tackle. This problem could be mitigated by obtaining diagnostic information of each specific...

Data Driven Resource Allocation for Distributed Learning

In distributed machine learning, data is dispatched to multiple machines for processing. Motivated by the fact that similar data points often belong to the same or similar classes, and more generally, classification rules of high accuracy tend to be “locally simple but globally complex” [45], we propose data dependent dispatching that takes advantage of such structure. We present an in-depth an...
